Metal Punching & Rolling Services – Serving Edmonton & Nisku
Hole punching is a shearing process that is used to create holes in material sheet and plate. Hole punching uses hardened tools with sharp edges and an applied force to shear out the unwanted material. Edvan uses a hydraulic process to punch holes in sheet and plate metal.
The rolling process is best defined as the shaping of metals into semi-finished or finished forms by passing between rollers rotating in opposite directions. Edvan can roll both pipe and plate and have utilized a bump rolling technique on our press breaks to meet customer needs as well. We are confident in delivering the required radius, circumference or arc required for your project. We also offer services for metal bending and forming.
